Because every Hide Society piece is handcrafted, most orders are made to order. Please allow the stated production time before your order ships.

Once your order is complete, it will be carefully packaged and shipped via USPS, with most domestic orders arriving within 1–3 business days after shipment.

Once your package has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email containing your USPS tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Please note that once an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee cancellations, order modifications, or shipping address changes, especially for orders that have already entered production or shipment.

If you wish to request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at HideSociety@yahoo.com.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• Items must be returned with all original packaging.
• Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was sent.

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.

If you have not received your refund after receiving confirmation from us:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company or financial institution, as processing times may vary.

Every Hide Society piece is handcrafted from genuine leather. Because leather is a natural material, no two hides are exactly alike. Variations in grain, texture, color, and natural markings are normal and are part of what makes each piece unique.

Each item is individually cut, assembled, and finished by hand, so slight variations between products are to be expected. These characteristics are not considered defects, but rather a reflection of the authenticity and craftsmanship that make every Hide Society piece one of a kind.
